Exercise is good, I find that fresh air always makes me feel better. Take a nice stroll though the town, take a good look at everything, and then go back home and realize that everything is pointless and that you should be a professional bum and start work!

I actually really want to get out of the house, though.
Naps are brilliant. I nap all the time, though. Too much napping, you see.

Oh I never do. :( Sometimes on Saturdays, but that's about it. Unless I'm reallyreally tired but normally it throws off my sleeping schedule.
