!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so jealous! Cribs and Franz in one night, right after each other = greatness!

Although, it really sucks about the shitty crowd :/ The one time I saw The Cribs was with Kaiser Chiefs, so the crowd was pretty into it. I hate fans that feel that they have to let the band KNOW that they hate them; it's so rude. If they don't like it, then they can just keep quiet and be bored instead of being a jackass.

Aww, I think fanboys are cute! Probably because all of the shows I go to seem to have mostly girls. But I can understand why it'd get annoying after a while if they're right next to you!

AGHOAIWE THE CRIBS ARE SUCH SWEET GUYS. They really appreciate it when people know who they are and are fans and like them because no one in America knows who the fuck they are! But THAT IS SO CUTE ABOUT THE MATCHING SHIRT THAT RYAN DID. I'm pretty much bursting with excitement just READING this entry!!

The sound kinda sucked, I think those who didn't know the band couldn't really get into it. I imagined if I didn't already know the songs, I wouldn't have enjoyed it much because it seemed pretty muffled. Which made me wonder about TV on the Radio, who opened last time for Franz - they just sounded like noise to me with no distinctive melody or anything, I thought they were terrible. Simon said he didn't like The Cribs except for Hey Scenesters! and said he couldn't understand anything they were saying. So I dunno, I think the sound might have had a lot to do with it. I still found it really enjoyable, though, and they put on a good show.

I hate bad crowds. The crowd makes such a difference at a concert. Franz in October had an amazingly enthusiastic crowd and despite being painfully crushed against the barricade, it was nice. Much better than being trampled nearly to death and unable to see/breathe like Sarah and I ended up at the OK Go concert. Jesus ( ... )
