i thought about getting tix since i had so much fun at the first one but i refuse to buy 'em this early since i don't even know if i'll be in the state. LOL.
did you go to the first one? i ask only because the hotel was a wee bit funky to me when i checked in. i'll explain if needed...

Yes, I did go to the last one. The hubby and I had a blast! This time around, I'm leaving the hubby at home and going with friends. I hope you end up getting a ticket. It would be great to have a Fresno Browncoat group there!

What happened with the hotel?

it was so weird! they kept denying my CC because they were putting the room and a bunch of incidentals on it, just in case. like the reservation was supposed to be 300$ or something and they were trying to charge 600$! which, of course, my card said no. thank god i had my other card and could split it. but still... i've stayed in hotels all over the country and around the world and never had one do that to me.

i had an awesome time at the first one. went with a couple of friends and it was just a blast of craziness. i think... if you look in the week right after it, you can read my writeup of the adventures. LOL. though i need to get in touch with jonathan again because i still haven't gotten something from him... grrrr. if i'm in cali in dec i will probably go down. too much fun was had last year. but... so not getting tix until august at the earliest. this is too far in advance. so much can happen between now and then. i'll take my chances that there'll still be tix available.
