I had the absolute bestest time! I hung out with a lot of old friends, made some new ones (including Amanda Sullivan from Equality Now), was flirted with by Richard Hatch *g* and got to see Nathan in the Drive panel! *swoon

OOhhh! I SO want to go to ComicCon! I'm not sure if I can swing it unless I have a cheap way to stay down there. I'm gonna try, though! Know anyone who needs a roomie?
I had such a great time hanging out with you this weekend! The break room LOL :) I'm hoping I'll be able to see you guys again in San Diego this summer. I just have to talk the hubby into it! ;)
YAY!!! So happy that you had a good time! YAY!! And I am so not surprised that Richard hatch flirted with you cause you are a hottie! I love the pictures!! I especially LOVE the two people who came as the "yepyepyepyep" aliens from Sesame Street. Best costume idea ever!!!
And thank you *blushes* You are such a sweetheart! But I got the impression that Richard Hatch flirts shameslessly with all the girls. It was rather fun to get canoodled by him, though ;)
Aren't those costumes hystrical? Half the fun is watching people in their great get ups!
I'm sure that you brought out his more flirty flirting!!
I do love seeing people in their costumes. Had I the time and resources I would love to attend an event like that in costume. I've always thought it would be fun to go to a con dressed in the black Lily costume from Legends because it's so cool. Or I'd love to make myself some fun Inara outfit. (I never outgrew my "let's play dress up" desires) :)
heya, not sure if you saw them but the Collective were at Wonder Con this weekend. wish i wouldve known you were going to be there...OTOH Nathan was there so i shouldve figured you would be. ;)
anyway, Greg is looking for contact/email addy for Arielle of the SF & Silicon Gulch Browncoats. he had one email addy: pop culture geek but it got bounced back to him. any help you can send my way would be appreciated as he needs to followup with her about some things. thanks!
if you didnt notice, they were passing out fliers for Lost Weekend and had some on the Browncoat table. they were also successful in getting an invitation to Nathan as well as had an email invite sent to him. we of course certainly hope that he is able to attend our party.
I don't have Arielle's email addy but I can get it for you if you give me a day or so. I didn't see anyone from the Collective but I did see the fliers on the table. I'll be on the lookout for them next time!
Thanks for the wonderful pics; a couple of folks I know, plus my mom and sis, went. Without ever seeing the series or the movie, Mom went and bought Done The Impossible, as well as the series soundtrack. My mom is such a fangirl. :)
