 Just a quick update:

Our mortgage application file has been sent to the underwriters for final approval before closing.  I've been told that there should not be a problem with it - but I can't help but worry until I hear the "you're approved" words...

Yesterday, Mark and I got a new little bundle of joy.  He was found living under a car in the apt
