Also, to continue our text convo, I would LOVE to see those butch/femme Carol/Jess images.

re: romantic gestures

It's hard, because I feel like a lot of what both of them would do or would read as romantic gestures are very low-key - like, I feel like a lot of their affection would be expressed in simple things like bringing the other person a cup of coffee (I think feeding Jess in particular has a lot of room for romantic nuance).

Also, if anyone is hurting Clint, it would be Jess beating his face in and Carol holding her coat.
