So, I was crying so hard during the Hannibal season finale that my dad actually came upstairs to see if I was okay.

I don't know, it all looked pretty dire. I kind of feel like either they'll all survive, or none of them will. Will might have plot armor, but...yeah. I don't think there's any good way to spin him surviving this when two ladies and a man of color are almost certainly dead. I think both Will and Alana might survive? That's also a possibility.

(And yeah, I don't think the writing was good overall, at least in several places and in the way it was set up, and I'm legitimately angry that they brought Abigail back literally to kill her, but there were parts of this episode that were kind of haunting and I'm having a hard time getting over).

My prediction? Based of my past experience with tv, is that Will will survive totally fine, Abigail will be dead, and Alana will be paralyzed.

Is Jack also looking dead? I take it he didn't make it out of the house in the fight we saw in the first episode?

That is a reasonable prediction.

Jack was also looking pretty dead, unfortunately.

And Abigail was brought back literally just to have her agency stripped of her and die again, if she is in fact dead.

(I am afraid I wasn't clear enough earlier! 100% my bad. There were two different posts, one post was trying to deflect a slash conversation with the phrase "why does everything have to be about sex", which I took issue with because of the way it was framed, but the second post I'm talking about was the return of that science bros post to my dash, which is the one you saw!

Good god tumblr is a confusing platform)

When you are making an AU gif-set of different DUDES who do science FROM DIFFERENT MOVIES AND FRANCHISES and are ignoring the women who ALSO do science in those same movies and franchises, yes, that is the definition of erasing women.Pretty much!??!??! Like, I think the person who said that meant that they didn't think the OP was erasing women just for the sake of erasing women/doing it on purpose? But I don't think that person understood that intent really doesn't matter if women are functionally erased ( ... )

And I feel like the science bros in question being from different universes is really just salting the wound. LIKE, THEY COULD HAVE EVEN HAD A SIX PERSON GIFSET IF THEY REALLY NEEDED REED AND PARKER!

First off, the fact that the OP just FORGOT about the canon science ladies of the MCU REALLY doesn't make me feel better. SECOND, there has been SUCH a deliberate, consistent CAMPAIGN to erase the contributions and breakthroughs that forgetting the MCU ladies of science feels extra, EXTRA insulting.
