From what I've heard, and I missed that same day in "guy training" you either have to be looking for sex or just REALLY lower your standards. I dunno, that's what I got from the notes of the guy I copied off of

Summary:
Step 1: Look cool or angry or bored.
Step 2: Ignore everyone, even your friends...be obvious about this part.
Step 3: Find woman to oggle, do so while scanning room pretending to be bored.
Step 4: If you make eye contact and are standing more than 2 feet away from anyone then there's a good chane you'll be approached if you look bored.
Step 5: regret one night stand and give mistake cab fare home.
