I'm in the market for a new car I have a 12k loan at 3.9% and a trade in worth 5k but I'm expecting for them to only give me 2-4k on it. I also saved 5k cash. So I'm working with 20k or less.

Options:

1. Around $11,000 -A 2008 Toyota Yaris Hatchback-will be used so little to no warranty. I fit fairly inside it- I'm 6'1." Toyota is quality so I hope

I don't know about KIAs... they always just seem kind of shady to me. The warranty thing is good though. Did you do research on both of them and everything, like look at the specs and reviews and stuff?

Yeah the KIA comes with more things standard. Yaris COULD get slightly better MPG. (They are rated the same, Yaris is way smaller)

Yaris is 2dr, Soul is 4dr. Soul has more room for my huge self.

I guess its just a question if I want to spend all my gold coins and have a OMG NEW car.

I generally think that brand new cars are kind of a rip off. They also lose like, a million dollars off their value just driving them off the lot. Are there any used souls?
