My room at my moms is almost complete, dare I say I enjoy living here. My family is really close and that year in Anaheim almost killed me. Plus since my back is still out it is re-assuring to have my family close by in case I need help. I have a doctors appt tomorrow and I am taking all my medications in and insisting they cut some of them. I have

Have you told your dr / chiro / massage therapist about the pain shooting down your leg? Sound like sciatica.

The shooting leg pains juuusttt started happening last night. So I will be sure to mention it during the appy. Thanks for the heads up :)

Is it stopping at the knee or going all the way down the leg?

Stopping at the knee is what is known as "false sciatica" which is actually your piriformis muscle pinching the nerve, aka much easier for your massage therapist to help fix ;)

Piriformis = ass. It is under your glutes.
