I realized that I'm going to have a lot of free time for the next 2-3 months.  My current consulting project in Toronto is ever-so-graciously limiting us to 8 hours day.  Now this may seem normal to the every day white collar worker, but to a consultant, that is what we call a break.  Anyway, they're not purposely being nice...  the client does not

CPA/CFA? wow, very ambitious. I am opting out of both for the very same reason you are considering opting out :P and plus...the CFA is taken over the course of 3 years (one exam per year, assuming one passes all on the first try)...so you'd have to constantly have a lot of free time...or give up all your weekends. Rex is considering...haha.

and CPA just plain equals hell because it is accounting and Satan created accounting.

You could try getting involved with volunteering groups, starting a mini business on the side (i remember you trying to push a Britney Spears burned CD on me in 10th grade...haha).... or reading and going to the gym is just as good too :)

anyways Toronto is cool! I'll be in Boston soon :P
