извини, но я не понимаю, что такое wacc, тебе следует посчитать time value of the money с учетом резервирование и выплат - that's all..

wacc - weighted average cost of capital
v nashem sluchae,
wacc=(weight of debt)*(rate)*(1 - (effective taxes))
time value pridet'sia tozhe schitat', chtoby poschitat' wacc
menia ne time value interesuet, a logika rascheta wacc
