I just realized one of the major reasons Obama is enjoying as much success as he is.

He isn't just a candidate. He's a brand as well.

Granted, McCain also has a donations page, and there are independent stores selling McCain stuff. But if I want the official special edition 5" McCain car magnet, I'm out of luck.

I don't like or trust either side, basically. I'm not the type who will vote for "the lesser of two evils", like most people.
