You'll be calling out my name when you need someone to blame

Have you ever had one of those days where you wake up and you feel pretty crummy, and as the day goes on you start to feel even worse, then at about lunch time you mentally sabotage yourself by accident  and by the end of the day you are an uncontrollable, sobbing wreck? Today has been one of those days. I have a headache from crying so much, both ( Read more... )

my willful brain, comics, thor, rl brain melt down, mike carey, conventions are fun

AHHH YOUR CONVENTIONS LIST. Congrats on living the life I want to live ♥ (Especially Thought Bubble, which is fjghjkfhg all the amazing creators. Expo lineup is shit so far, and now I know why.)

Also, thanks for reminding me that I need to source Thor on DVD and see what all this Hiddles-love is about. Hiddles, y u so intriguing?

But most importantly: I'm really sorry you've had one of those days, and I hope you feel sufficiently cheered up soon. Until then, please accept all the hugs. And as daft as it sounds, I'm always here if you want to talk. *cuddles*

Ahh, I'm sorry! It's just that I finally have a job which pays well, therefore I can actually afford to go to the cons I want now. Will you be going to Collectormania next weekend at all my dear?

You must tell me what you think of Thor when you get round to sourcing it. I must say, seeing my beloved Loki did cheer me up a bit last night. Also there is a deleted scene where Loki jokingly asks Thor to kiss him....you should have seen my face. T'was a picture apparently! I really do not know why Hiddles is so intriguing, other than being a fine actor. I guess he also has a glorious bonestructure.

Bleh yes Friday was one of those days...I feel a lot better now though. Thank you for your kind words though Sophie, your cuddles are always welcome :)

Aw, don't pay any attention to me. I'm just jealous that you're going to Asylum 7. As for Collectormania: I'm... not sure. I always said I wouldn't do another Showmasters event, but then I saw that pretty much my entire social circle would be there and I was all 'I could go to meet friends?'. Then I realized that I haven't spoken to any of those friends in months, and they're all busy making plans to meet up without me. TL;DR - I would go, but apparently I'm FOREVER ALONE.

Also, I already have David Tennant's autograph. So there is that.

SOLD. Ugh, do you remember when we went to Expo and I was teasing you over your crush on Hiddles? How the mighty have fallen. But jesus, just look at that smile.

(I've gotta ask, though: Hiddles' incredibly blonde, curly hair... that's his natural hair, right? He... dyed it to play Loki? I DON'T UNDERSTAND.)

Aww, I'm glad you feel better! I'm going to keep cuddling you, though, just 'cause I think you're awesome. ♥

Aww noes I'm sorry to hear your friends have been making plans without you. RUDE. I would meet you there in an instant but because I'm meeting people there I would be worried about abandoning you! Also I just notice what you said about Expo, that place seems to get more rubbish with each con...I think I'll keep going though!

Mwahaha, yes I remember well you mocking me for my love of Hiddles. I knew you would see sense eventually though ;) ugh his smile hurts me. It's like looking into the sun!! Yes, he is naturally a curly haired ginger fellow, but dyed his hair to play Loki. When I saw him in theatre last year his hair nearly blinded me!

Yay hugs!!! *cuddles of doom*

I hope that a dosing of Loki and sweets have made you feel better bb *hugs*. Sorry to hear that you had such a terminally awful day. I hate it when the world is like that. Also yay that you have conventions to look forward to and yay for the Tinker Tailor mini-series - I love it hard, probably because that era of TV is my fave ever. I'm such a nostalgist. Hope your week is better this time around xoxoxo

Aww thank you, yes sweeties and the lovely Loki helped a lot, funnily enough. I am feeling a lot better now too *hugs* Yes, the Tinker Tailor tv show was fantastic, you can really see Gary Oldman channeling Alec Guiness once you've seen both (may have seen the film again last night. Whoops.) Jim Prideaux makes me cry ALL the tears!
