I am afraid to go to sleep at night now. Last night I was tired at midnight but instead of going to sleep I just didn't go to sleep at all. I sat on the couch and hated television for 5 hours and worked on knitting a scarf. At six I laid down in bed but I had to be awake at seven for work, so every time I would almost maybe fall asleep my brain
