Happy Christmas to all who celebrate! We are preparing for the arrival of my parents from London (P will go collect them at JFK). Once they arrive, we'll exchange prezzies and feast on the turkey that is brining as I type. There will also be smashies, couscous with my homemade pesto, roasted brussels sprouts, and carrots roasted in the turkey pan.
