i feel like so much has happened this year. i cannot comprehend how it is october already, and in a few months it will be november. 2018 has been a whirlwind of good news, starting with my engagement (holy crap!!), to a job promotion and all other happy and positive bits in between. it's kind of funny how i never imagined my life going /this/ well

Hey there!

I just got an email from lj telling me that somebody wrote a post after a long time and I’m really glad I clicked on the link. It's such a positive post. :D

It also made me feel extremely nostalgic. I'm not sure if you remember me, because the days when I was active on lj have long been gone now, too… but we used to be ShoJun buddies. :P (It's so strange to think that we kind of missed the real SJ-peak because lj is practically deserted nowadays.)

I'm glad you're feeling happy. Congrats on your engagement! I'm also doing quite good and I would love to share the good vibes with my past self. Sometimes you really just have to hang in there.

And still, now and then I miss the good old “flailing-about-Arashi-on-livejournal”-times. We had so much fun.

And hopefully the Arashi tickets work out! I actually tried to get some this year through the lottery and missed out. No Arashi-anniversary for me, sadly. So many tears. :D

Aaw hi there penmi! Of course I remember you! back in the day, when there were only like 50-60 sakumoto shippers, we had to stick together lol. That line makes me feel so old but meh. These were the days, when others said Sho and Jun had no chemistry and Ohmiya was still all the hype... I wish I could find these kinds of posts and tell them all about how SJ trending on twitter ALL THE TIME nowadays

i know exactly how you feel. nowadays, sho/jun interaction is normal (!!) and new fans think that they actually did not have that awkward/estranged phase at all. which is good i guess, but man did we have a hard time shipping them back then. back then just eye contact between jun and sho was enough to make me happy. now they have duets! how far we have come haha
