At the burlesque show tonight some girl behind me slurred, "I wanna see some more TRANNIES!"

So I turned and waved with a friendly smile on my face. She waved back, confused, and I turned back to my friends, who were cracking up.

Oh, and I didn't want to mention this 'til I was sure, but another short story (a true one, this time) is going to be published in a book called "I Like It Like That," put out by Arsenal Press in October.

So that makes four published pieces since I've started writing. Not too bad, I don't think, though I'm always hoping for more.

Plans for the night flaked on in order to sleep. My excuse is that I'm still sick, and have a lot to do in the upcoming days.
