To be honest, this was the first apocalyptic AU themed fanfic that i have ever read (and i have read a lot). I think it's mostly because of the reason that I think of reading fan fiction as a way to de-stress and enjoy myself, thus forming an affinity for light hearted, easy to read--and most of the time, adult-themed fics. Your fic was shared to me by someone in omona, and so i gave it a try, although the first paragraph already foretold of coming sadness. And I must say, this might be the fic, or one of the fics, that may change my view on reading themes similar to this ( ... )

thank you very much. this is the first i'd ever written.

i am surprised that there are places where individuals are sharing links to this, in all honesty. i never expected anyone but reifica to enjoy my stories. regardless, i am very pleased by the points you mentioned: the emptiness, the turn to physical intimacy as an attempt to fill a void, the purposelessness and futility of that gesture, etc. that is exactly what i was attempting to portray.

i am flattered by your assessment. truly flattered. i do not consider myself talented or particularly skilled. i just enjoy telling stories, especially those which reifica finds amusing.

I can't believe I'm so late in reading this. I've never read something so beautiful and tragic at the same time.

...I don't know what to say... This fic has been posted such a long time ago and I can't believe I just discovered it recently off of a rec list. This is one of the best, most memorable fics I've ever read...It's so chock full of hidden meanings and symbols and feels that I've never found in any of the other fanfictions that I've read...I love it. It's so so so sad and yet so so so good and well written. Excellent job, well done; this story definitely deserves more readers.
