Sounds tasty. Unfortunately, I have no "handy machete" with which to duplicate the recipe. I may have to see if it will work with just a plain knife.

That definitely sounds tasty, though I must say I don't think I have ever tried using garlic and cinnamon in the same dish before. Sajnos, pumpkins are not currently findable in Hungary...
