Hm, I'm not sure why there's no comment from me after I first read this way back when. Sorry! Please accept this belated warm fuzzy.

You've written a wonderful AU, with a physics-based magic that allowed me to shove a similar plot bunny I'd pondered back into the bunny hutch, because your physics was better than what I'd had in mind.

I liked this story well enough that when I came across it again while looking for a wmv. file today, I abandoned my search and sat down and reread this whole angsty story. I'm glad that you gave the boys a happy ending. It made all of the angst you put them through worth it. Even better, you brought everything back around to canon.
