Dan and my friends threw me a bit of a 'welcome home' dinner and drinks.
Of course, as with anything Dan is involved in, debauchery ensued.

It was such a fun night, with boys I love, after such a hard, long, sad week.
I have to put some of these under a cut. Just because.

Another one of my colleagues died last night.
He was only 30. Died in a house fire.

It can get so sad sometimes.
But two young bright things snuffed out in a week.
Its too much.

LOVED Berlin.
Want to go back there so bad.

Jet lag is a bitch. Really.

Awake all night, and eventually fell asleep at 6am this morning. Woke up at 4pm. Excellent.
Used my awake time to look at apartments, flights, jobs.

And, its raining. And cold. Fucking miserable outside!

I just cried reading an email from my mum that said simply -

"You know I am so proud of the mature, talented and thoughtful daughter you are, you are selfless, considerate, caring, funny, and great company... I get tears of happiness thinking of how wonderful you are."

Nothing else matters.
