I'm doing the gym thing again. And I have a trainer this time. Honestly, he gave me "at home" workouts and my thighs are still burning from two days ago. Yeah. But he's already kicking my butt. I don't care about weight loss so much, but I really want to tone up. And I'd like to go up a flight of stairs without losing my breath (I think this explains all the leg exercises). So... I'm doing before and after shots. I apologize in advance, but at least I'm putting them under a cut.
I look a heck of a lot better than I did, say, five years ago, but I obviously need some help. I won't even bother to belittle myself right now, because in no time at all my arms won't look like wings and I won't have that stomach pudge.
