Incidentally, I keep that film near the top of my list and I think about it every Groundhog Day. But although I absolutely love it, I somehow never get around to watching Groundhog Day on February 2nd. It's a deep, mellow, thought provoking story...but I'm just never in the mood to watch it on this particular day.

I was a little annoyed to learn that some group of dudes called "The Inner Circle" apparently decides on the shadow/no shadow thing before the presentation, and therefore Phil has nothing to do with it.
