I'd been hearing good things about the color tattoo shadows, and finally went out and bought a few: Pomegranate Punk and Tough as Taupe.  As for colors, I chose these two because 1) the pomegranate was a lovely berry color that doesn't get done well in eye

Dear Makeup Lady, Do you know of any eyeliner in pencil form that will not coon out by ten AM? Normally I use Bare Minerals shadow liner with the Weather Everything sealer, but I want something quicker for travel (read: less loose powder for me to fling all over hotels and/or my luggage). I tried Tarina Tarantino's waterproof Eye Dream Hyperliner (did I buy it for the name? MAYBE, but it reviewed well) and it was down my face almost immediately.

Lower lash line. I conceded defeat on the waterline about ten years ago. I did pick up some Benefit Stay Don't Stray on a friend's recommendation and will see how that goes.

About three years ago I spontaneously developed extremely random yet red and painful allergies, in particular around the eye area. Eyeshadow is basically limited to Bare Minerals, but nothing within that brand has given me any trouble. Oddly enough I can get away with any cheap mascara, and we'll see how the eyeliner odyssey goes. I did wonder about the Urban Decay, so let me know if you do try it!

Ouch! sorry to hear about the troubles. Have you ever tried Almay or Neutrogena?
