Agreed. The agent is aware of this money, and agrees that it shouldn't have been debited, but was going to "get back to me" last week. Frankly, I'd just like to have my $600 back in my account, and a promise that it won't happen next month (which, if they don't do anything about it now, is definitely going to happen from my understanding of how the system works).
I'm thinking it was poorly designed, and really poorly tested (if at all). And, of course, it does work the way it's supposed to 90% of the time because 90% of the time things don't change.
Man, this is a just a fail on their part. I thought the renting system improved but it was all a lie. >_< If the agent didn't get back to you soonish, you know what's your next step (minus weapons of mass destruction towards the owner >:D XD ).
