I don't understand why work gives us change of availability forms... and then does nothing with them. I filled one out three weeks ago, possibly four, and it's supposed to take two weeks to come into effect. Well, it hasn't at all. So now I have to go and bring it up

Similar to when I worked at AT&T. We had our "shift bid" papers we would fill out each quarter, to say what our preferred days off and hours worked would be.'

Never could exactly find out how they calculated these, because even some of the employees -really- high on seniority would fail to get their preferred day off and start 3 hours off of their desired time.
