In an attempt to distract myself from everything, I braved the crowds to see the new Harry Potter movie. Quite good, except....

( spoilers, but not really if you've read the book )

i recall harry being one of the last (the last? was he after Nagini?) to be "destroyed". Maybe they do count harry, but they can't kill him so they have 3. I dunno. This was not handled well. Yes, am nerd who is totally puzzling over this! :)

I think they said 3 because they have not figured out yet Harry is a horcrux too. Didn't take Harry till about midway through the last book to figure it out himself?

Yeah, Harry takes forever to figure out anything. Without Hermione he would still be in book two. :)

In the movie they say something like only 3 left to go, meaning they have destroyed 4 of them. But....they have only destroyed 3. So they should have said only 4 left to go. It's bugging me! ^^;;;

I didn't brave the midnight crowds. I saw it on Saturday. It was good but I think part 2 will be better. I CRIED when Hedwig died (even though I knew it was gonna happen). My husband cried when Dobby died.
Yeah, I caught that mistake too! I'm glad I'm not the only one bugged by that slip.
