Right, so I can update here again. 
The semester is almost over.  I'm going to miss the friends I've met here.  I hope they'll miss me.

I was given the Chinese Government Scholarship to study at Beijing Language and Cultural University for a year.

Well, I baked some Mini Oreo Cheesecake topped with blueberries yesterday.  Twelve cupcake sized and a thirteenth one with about 2.5 inches in diameter since I had extra batter.  Some had an entire Double Stuffed Oreo, Some had half an Oreo with cream, One had half an Oreo without cream, and some had Oreo crumbs.  The 2.5 inch one was covered with ( Read more... )

Oh, So I just realized this time last year I was up in Toronto with my bro and sis watching Sammi's Concert.  It was hot!  And realized this time last year other things as well.  Such as missing out on Lana's birthday celebration =( , and missing out this year too since Lana is out over in Down Under.
