Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, I've got a question....

In the first three episodes there is a black guy in the "Fab Five". What happened to him? In the intro for every show and in the fourth episode there is a latin fellow. I just want to know what happened to him and why he was in the show if hes not a regular. Great show, a little over the top for me at times but its cool. Thanks in advance.

Actually, if I'm correct, Jai was in the first two , missing from the next two and was in the this lastt episode. Not sure what the deal is with him.
