While the press was talking about how "Obama" rhymes and with "Osama" and wondering how Hillary would triangulate her Iraq war position, John Edwards decided to start an actual movement of people taking action now as his way of launching his bid for the Presidency.
I'm impressed. Among the issues being promoted:
national healthcare
US leadership on global warming
public financing of elections
leave Iraq ASAP
get serious about non-fossil fuel based energy
This is what leadership looks like to me.
