Re: Matrix:RepugnationsI completely forgot it was opening yesterday until I went with a friend to go see the Alien director's cut (still a good movie, but after 24 years of copying its impact is somewhat less). We go to the theater and EVERY show was sold out. There was a line to the box office at 2:00 filled with tech-looking geeks in polo shirts and dockers. I just assumed that after the last execrable one that no one would give a shit. Boy, was I wrong ( ... )

I suppose that if you go into it not expecting any answers to the questions raised by the last film (why can Neo fight the machines in the "real world"? No idea. Never explained.), and not expecting an ending (the last 30 minutes make no sense at all), then you'll have a decent enough genre film. At least the editing is tighter than in the last one.
