"A man who was out on bail following a drunken driving arrest ... He allegedly was driving 70 miles an hour down the twisting mountain road with a blood alcohol content of .104. The legal limit in Nevada is 0.8."

So sad.

what... they didn't get that a person can not have a blood alcohol content of 80 percent? why am I not suprised.

So the problem was that he was arrested for drunk driving, but it implies he had a blood alcohol content of ~0.1, when the legal limit is 0.8.

Actually the legal limit's 0.08... I have a strong feeling that 0.80 is lethal.
