I can't believe that. The Brisbane even now seems a whole lot better, even though there was minor confusion in navigating the venue.

Can you please write a letter to complain to them? I've started one a couple of times, but nothing as clear as yours. Mine tend to degenerate into name calling :(.
Three hours I was waiting. Pretty much exactly. We got there at 11:15 and finally got through the gates about 2:15. People were collapsing and sweating around us and getting a breeze to cool down was practically impossible.
