Fascinating! Is this something you can train your brain to do, or do you have to try to get yourself in a quieter area to have a conversation?

A quieter area is ideal of course, but let's be honest about it, at a convention (or school event I am hosting for 300 people, etc) it won't be practical. But, there are certain things I can try to help the situation
