Is it working?
What is your LiveJournal username? How did you come up with it?
Haha duuh...
queen-meep. Although I used to use
gwenls but I opted to use Meep to stay consistant with fandom activity, which I had been using Queen Meep for. I'm still trying to figure out how the nickname was given to me, but one day Ian dubbed me Queen of the Meeps and it was just too... adorable... and so it stuck. He doesn't call me that anymore, now he prefers a different pet name, so it's more uniquely online and me. I am rather brattybossy, so a regal title works. And meep is... my sound. Humph.
Have you renamed before? If so, what were your old names? If you haven't renamed, what names would you want to rename to?
No, no renaming. I do have
gwenls, though. I thought about making a name name, something to do with "We'll see" but I let the joke pass...
How much does your userinfo say about you?
I had to go look to see, as I forgot. It says very little, mostly just about my fandom interest and the fact that I'm a UPS slave.
How long have you been on LiveJournal?
Hell... *looks* Since May 26, 2003. Holy longevity, Batman!
What is the longest amount of time you've gone without posting?
Uhhhh... when I was a newb, I would only post like once a month. Then I went away for a year or so. Since I opened Meep, maybe like... a week or two.
On average, how many entries do you post per day? (Divide how many total entries you have by how many days you've been on LJ.)
Hahahaha nooooo way am I doing math for a meme! Less than one per day. I'm sure. (I hope. Not this year, though!)
What are your posts normally about?
Self-centered rantings and UPS propoganda. And my pathetisad love life from last year. LOL
Is your LiveJournal friends only? Why or why not?
No. But most of the content is friends only. I keep it public because of the SW content.
Does your LiveJournal have an actual title or are you merely USER @ LiveJournal?
It's the Queen's Library, for the fiction, though I suppose these days it should be called the Queen's Boudoir or something LOL
How long do you see yourself staying on LiveJournal?
Until they shut it down!
ABOUT YOUR FRIENDSLIST
How many people are on your friendslist, not counting private journals, media journals, etc?
Pfft just this journal. I currently have 52 friends on my friends list.
Why do you choose to add a person to your friendslist?
You add me, I add you back. I add people that look like they share common interests.
Is your friendslist an actual list of people you consider friends, or more of a reading list?
Both. I've got my reading list and my buddies that smack me upside the head when I won't shut up.
How often do you read your friendslist?
Multiple times daily. As soon as I check my e-mail, LJ comes up next and it is refreshed periodically throughout the Internet day.
Do you use filters when viewing your friendslist?
Not when viewing. Checking multiple times a day works just fine. LOL
How much do you talk to people on your friendslist off of LiveJournal?
The P1 chat friends I see in chat occasionally, but mostly on Y!IM. I see
wickedluxe on Myspace as well,
momma-halo gets my text message love most these days, and
gizzi1213 has convinced me to start rememebering to use AIM. Add me if you want, f-list- gwen the meep and gwen guin on AIM and gwenls on Yahoo. Yahoo is the most likely place to find me, but I'm trying to remember AIM!
Do you do friendscuts? Why or why not?
Never needed to.
Do you regularly participate in friending memes? If not, how do you normally find people to friend?
Not often. I find them through comms and chat. (Mostly comms.)
How often do you add new friends to your friendslist?
These days, about two or three a month. But it's pretty inconsistant.
Do your friends have to have things in common with you?
Well, DUH. They're FRIENDS, afterall, you have to have something to talk about!
ABOUT YOUR ICONS / USERPICS
How many userpics do you get maximum? How many of those slots do you actually use?
Umm, 105 maximum, I think, and I use like a third of that. Must. Add. New. Icons. (I keep forgetting to upload when I gakk!)
Do you mostly use icons made by yourself or by others?
I have a handful of ugly ones I've made myself. But when it comes to art:
Icon makers > Monkeys banging on keyboards trying to make art > Me
Do you have your own icon community? How often do you post in it?
Hahaha no.
What fandoms are most frequently seen in your userpics?
Star Wars, mostly.
How do you find icons to use?
I browse through a lot of comms, so when I see something I like, I take.
How often do you upload new icons to use in your userpics?
Not often enough. Maybe once a month if I remember that last step.
Which of your userpics do you use the most?
The default one, the PWNED one, the kinky threesome one, the UPS one, and a sprinkling of other SW ones.
Which of your userpics do you like the most?
I like my "Bite Me" one a lot, but I have yet to have many occasions to use it. My snowman one is ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE but it doesn't snow enough for me to feel like he's appropriate. :(
The old maximum number of userpics was three. Could you see yourself "surviving" on three userpics now?
NOW? Hahaha that's like "surviving" without my Yahoo smileys!
What do your userpics say about you?
That I like Star Wars?
ABOUT YOUR FANDOMS
How many fandom communities are you a part of?
Star Wars comms? *checks* 13. I don't participate in all of them, though.
Do you join fanfic or icon communities or only the general communities?
Both.
How many fandom communities do you moderate?
One.
jedi-mistletoe.
How often do you check fandom communities for new posts?
Every time I check my f-list.
Do you contribute to fandom? If so, by way of what?
I beta from time to time. I also used to write fic. *giggles* Which is something I'm trying to get back into doing. I also complete the Monday edition of
jedi-news.
Which fandoms are you most active in?
Star Wars. LOL
What do your choice of fandoms say about you?
I am an uber geek.
Do you make friends based on fandom?
Well, YEAH.
Have you ever read (or been featured on) fandom_wank?
Nope?
What is one thing you wish you could change about fandom?
People need to comment in LJ the way they do on ff.net. That's going to be the one thing I miss about ff.net. Even the "ZOMG BEST STORY EVAR!!!!ONE!!!!JUAN!!" comments are awesome and encourage further activity.
