Whiny Chauffeur

 Occasionally, we'll spot those new mom's in stores with their newborns, rushing out for some item they need in their pajama pants, hair pulled up in that I'm-Trying-To-Look-Messy-On-Purpose hair style with  no makeup, bleary-eyed as if they haven's slept in days. We all have sympathy and remember back on our own days with our newborns and think

Is that why you were still asleep at 10:00 when I called the other morning? I have no sympathy! I'm a night owl anyway. If I could just figure out how to have me time till 11 or 12 and then still get up with the boys at 5:30- I'd be good!

I was absolutely not asleep at 10:00am in the morning..just taking an opportunity to rest a few minutes after being up several hours during the night having one of those other things I whine about...hot flashes...just wait...your turn's comin..!
