Does Time Really March?

This morning I find myself still waiting for my new granddaughter's birth.  I've been told she is to be named, Elizabeth Ann, and she's very much wanted. Elizabeth is a beautiful name. I'm always amazed now days it seems no one waits for a baby. Due date is set and if baby hasn't arrived then its induced labor. LOL I carried my second 26 days over. I would have given my eyeteeth for induced labor. It is refreshing though to know that in this hurry up world there are parents willing to wait for baby to be ready to come.

Donnie says, Getting older is like toilet paper: the closer you get to the end, the faster it goes. I agree. I'm feeling time moving faster. Today,I'm a week older than I was this time last week. Next week, I'll be older still. I'm aware I have less time to accomplish whatever it is I want to do.
Last Easter, we all waited for Donnie's grandchild to arrive. She did, that evening, late. Hang in there, Granny and enjoy those moments before she arrives. Elizabeth's working hard too. Give her little cheek a kiss for me when you see her.
