I can fix it... But it'll take what I can only describe as fiddling with it until it works. So, either bring it to Nikki's if it's still busted. Or get somebody else to fiddle with it until it's fixed.

I'll look into a how to for you in the meantime.

Taking the computer apart won't gain you meaningful access to the plug by the by.

By best guess is using a broken toothpick and a bit of glue to stick to the plug remnants (being careful not to get any on the computer). Let it dry and pull.

Thin needle nose pliers, or a small wire 'grabby probe thing'. A quick look in the pound shop may yield a relevant tool.
