So last night (Friday the 27th) was our Masquerade Ball here at SCAD. We have no homecoming or any other major school-wide festive events (save the shindig right before graduation), so the annual Masquerade Ball is kinda a big deal. Especially since this is Art School, and what better thing to do than see all the bizarre and wonderful costumes our

I should probably make an effort to see this center at some point to see it's tinyness and pod-people areas......but I'm too busy doing homework to remember to visit a center that's supposed to be for what I am, le student.

The warehouse across from Boundary Village woulda made a rockin' Halloween party place...too bad they're fixing it and it's not abandoned for the taking anymore....

Never was abandoned actually, belongs to the RR museum who have been slowly working on that whole complex starting from MLK and working back. They just don't have the funding to get it done quickly. Which SCAD totally could ahve helped with in exchange for a big chunk of space. Or what about the unoccupied floors of the old Woolworths on Broughton? better location it's right by the Library. Or tear down Frank's Uniforms. That would rock.
