I don't know if I should hope Bush & Co. don't create chaos, that I'm all wrong.

Or if I should hope American gets a slap in the face.

I'm so disappointed...almost to the point that I just want to quit everything. I knew it was going to happen, but...
Am I the only one that is nearly speechless?

It seemed like there were so many of us out there...not just dems or pro kerry's but so many anti-bush. If I talk to one person who says they hate bush but they didn't vote because they didn't see the point I think I'll punch them in the forehead...really...I think I will

i know *exactly* how you feel. it's very hard to stay optimistic at a time like this... but try. and, in the immortal words of jon stewart,
"Well, the American people have spoken... well, a tiny bit over half of them, at least. And if you need me, I'll be huddled in the Northeast for the next four years, WEEPING."

I think all of us Kerry supporters knew Bush was going to get it, but we secretly hoped a miracle would happen. It just amazes me that the least wealthy parts of the country were pro-Bush. Where's the sense in that? I just hope this country is still around in 4 years to get a REAL leader.

i hope you're right, too. only time will tell... and hopefully we can make some changes in the senate in two years as well.
