Well, Christmas Day was disastrous. Renee took me at 6:30ish, and my flight was rerouted 7 hours later. Rather than 1 connection through Cincinnati, I had to hit 2 connections through Atlanta and Boston. And yes, all 3 of my flights were delayed. Then, as expected, my baggage was "lost" until late last night
