awwww! that samurai on a horse is in hibiya park. i took a TON of photos in that park. it's also across the street from the hotel i stayed in, right by the imperial palace!

i, too, stayed in a hotel across from the palace, though the name of the hotel escapes me. it was a business hotel. :)
