I have very, very few memories that I choose to reminisce on. Rather, very few that I like to reminisce on. I'm so much happier being me now and continuing to grow... school totally stifled me and everything I was. Full of

Uni is definitely an experience I would recommend, but you do have to be in the right frame of mind for it. It's a sign of how strong a person you are now that you are able to identify the fact that you're not ready for that yet. I hope you do eventually find yourself in a position to go, though - I think it would suit you.

And yeah, I'm sure I'll go to uni at some point - I'm a fairly deep thinker, although I've no idea what I'd do there, but I'll only go if it doesn't continue to go the same way as school and college; that is, exam-based testing and results. AKA, utter shite for actual knowledge.

Thankfully, I then went to uni where I had one exam-assessed module in 3 years (so 1 out of 24 modules total). There was a short (and very easy) in-class test once, and a semi-exam in which we were allowed whatever texts we wanted and got the questions in advance. I intentionally selected modules (where I had the choice) that would mean minimal exams.
Words cannot adequately express the loathing I have for exams-based assessment; but I give it a go every so often, and sometimes even manage to avoid the use of expletives.

It's good to know when you've played an important part in someone's development, and on the short list of Things That Changed My Life, you're probably... 3ish?
Now, PEOPLE That Changed My Life (excluding family, 'cause we all know they fuck you up somehow XD) you're second.
Be happy that I am me because of you! I certainly am. ^_^
