Summary: Emily's gay; really gay. And she's tired of hiding it! So of course, she's got to announce it to the world, starting with a random club in Bristol. Pure Fluff (shocking I know).

Ha! I loved the Tegan & Sara line, what lesbian doesn't love those two :P

The ending had me thinking of when Emily was yelling "be brave, want me back" at Namoi ... but quickly disolved into me just going awwwwwww cause the ending was cute.

Lol, I think Tegan & Sara are to the post-Gen X/millennials what Melissa Ethridge and the Indigo Girls are to older lesbians. Like it's impossible to be gay/bi and not love them (though I'm sure there are exceptions).

And yeah, the end was definitely a throwback to the "be brave and want me back" seen, so it's totally awesome that you picked up on that! And thanks for the comment! ^_^

Thanks! Emily's definitely one brave cookie, which is funny because a lot of people seem to assume she's more of a shrinking violet. But she definitely knows how to fight for what she wants, which is probably what makes her most endearing to me.

Lol, Emily is totes worthy of worship, so yay! But yeah, she's definitely quite brave in my book. I mean she all but did the same thing in the series, except with a dash more of drama/angst. I'm a fan of Em's fierce side though, so that's how I tend to write her.
