A/N: It's my first Skins fic, so I'm not sure how I did capturing the voices. I'm kinda a fan of the angst, so be prepared. This sort of implies that Cook and Naomi may have slept together in "Naomi" or since then they've at least spent more time together. If you like it, I might be inclined to write a sequel. However, I liked it a lot! I am a huge fan of angst (with a happy ending, though ;D), too. And I think you captured their voices really well!

Yeah, the pic is pretty tricky to distinguish. I have another story I was twiddling with for a while based on this pic too, basically where it was actually Katie pretending to be Emily to get cook to like her so Cook would be her boyfriend so she would stop being gay... it was more of a crack!fic, but I'm not quite sure I can bring the funny enough to write it. Anywho, the sequel is definitely in the works and hopefully will be done by tomorrow. I kind if need a beta though, which is proving more difficult to find than I thought. Also, I'm not quite at an happy-ending yet... it might take an actual chapter fic to get there. Anyway, thanks for the comment, and sorry for writing a whole paragraph back in response. : )

I love this pairing, and I think a hearbroken Ems could react like this, I simply hope she doesn't in the show! Good work on this and I hope you give us a sequel, maybe something from Naomi's pov?

The sequel is definitely on its way and it is in fact from Naomi's view. I'm a big fan of the angst, but after this fic, I might try for a happy ending. I'd love to make this a full, multi-chapter fic, but every time I set out to do that, I drop it before it's done. So the ficlet to ficlet thing is how I'm planning on going about it for a while. Anyway, the fics about half way done, but I'm in dire need of a beta to help with some of the tonal issues. So yeah, if you know anyone, I'd definitely love a recommendation! Hmm...I actually don't know anyone that betas. I've never had a beta myself, but I guess you could ask on the P&P site. If all else fails I could even read it over and try to help out, but since I've never done the beta-ing thing before I might be helping you out of the frying pan and into the fire :P

Yeah, I've never really had a beta either, but I feel like I could benefit from one... or I could just proof read more. I've made so many changes to this fic alone since I posted it. I also didn't think about checking on P&P but I most definitely will now. Thanks again for all your help and commenting!
