A funny thing happened to me at this site. I posted the following entry twice. It was deleted. Twice. Apparently when they said, "We respect everyone's views here and welcome them," they were overstating things just a tad

Thanks, Stace and Lisa! (And thanks again for talking me into having an LJ months ago.)
I know neither of you have any idea what the post was about. It's a long convoluted story that doesn't even bear repeating.
That said, a second issue is not even being allowed to post a comment on their blog in response to statements made on their blog.
To add insult to injury, they claim 99% of the people who commented felt the same way they did. Not only is it mathematically incorrect, but I now question the methodology of the data gathering. Especially in light of Tara's comment above.
It's particularly galling because they said they 'respect everyone's views' there and 'welcome them'.
Either they lied when they said that, or they said that by mistake, or they do not know the first thing about respecting and welcoming everyone's views.

I know! LOL! In all the years you and I have been on the internet, we've seen a lot, haven't we? But as I've said, they don't really know me, so I can excuse the implication that, a. I didn't write the comment; and b. I was dishonest enough to present it as mine.
Lisa and you know the comment was rife with Q-isms. This all takes me back to the hours we spent tweaking our plagiarism policy.
This is Tara again... weirdly enugh my comment is now there. Maybe they are visiting you Q!!! They have their blog set up so only approved comments are visable.. just makes me wonder how many people oppose their oppinion, but had their comment blocked as well... they are obviously just letting throught the comments that support them, or that they can use!!!!
