You are doing a great thing. You are changing/being changed, and it's hard. I know. But you are doing it, and doing it well.

You have a better attitude than I did. When I had a paper crunch or a big test, I used to hope I'd get in a car wreck. At least you wish ill on the professor rather than yourself. I think that's a much healthier way to think.

So I'm hoping that professor Lord wins the lottery, decides to give everybody A's, walks off and never looks back...except to send each of his last semester's students checks for $1000. for the inconvenience of having him walk away like that.
