I confess I also dislike Izzy/Eden a lot, so I pine for the Izzy/Maria marriage of convenience that could have been!

Fair enough, I can definitely understand not enjoying them. Izzy's a weird character for me because I hate about 93% of everything he ever does, and yet still find him really entertainng - though I suspect if the series was a movie or TV show I would hate him entirely. (I'm willing to forgive a lot more when I'm reading than watching, for some reason.)

I would read the heck out of that AU novel, though.

Why does Suzanne Brockmann think that "the heroes don't know anything bad is happening for, like, a long time" is a compelling plot? ALSO DAN SUCKS. Buuut I am excited for your review of the last book!
