11. One to deny the science behind the bulb, and suggest a faith-based approach to urban illumination.

12. One to propose an additional $4,000,000,000,000 tax cut package geared to the top earning brackets, to stimulate private investment in lightbulb changing.

13. One to render suspected lightbulb activist Thomas Edison to an allied nation without laws against torture, thereby permitting him to be "interviewed" by the Department of Defense until he gives up the lightbulb's secrets.

14. One strict constructionist to join the Supreme Court and rule that lightbulbs were clearly never envisioned by the founders.

15. Who needs lightbulbs? It's easier to get into office when you count votes in the dark anyway.

16. One to dramatically understate the lifetime of an average bulb, and to declare dramatic progress when it burns out in a normal period of time.
